**VIRGINIA BEACH, VA** – The Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD) responded to a crash involving a motorcycle on March 11, 2025, at 6:33 p.m. The incident occurred on the 2300 block of London Bridge Road.
The motorcycle driver, Justin Thacker, a 44-year-old resident of Virginia Beach, was immediately transported to a local hospital in critical condition. Thacker sadly passed away due to his injuries on March 19, 2025.

**Baltimore, MD** – On Wednesday at approximately 7:30 p.m., Baltimore County police officers responded to an incident in the 1000 block of Eastern Boulevard involving a vehicle and a pedestrian.
Initial investigations indicate that a 2023 Kia, moving westbound, struck Edward Ryan, 35, as he attempted to cross the street near Old Eastern Boulevard. Ryan was transported to a hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
The driver of the Kia experienced minor injuries and received treatment at a nearby hospital.
