Sanctuary Cities and States Forcing ICE to Take Dangerous Criminal Migrant Arrests to the Streets

TRENTON, NJ — White House border czar Tom Homan said Tuesday that the administration needs additional funding for immigration enforcement and criticized sanctuary cities for limiting cooperation with federal authorities. Homan said sanctuary states like New Jersey are putting migrants and citizens in harm’s way by locking immigration officials out of jails, forcing them to take their enforcement efforts into the streets. Homan said the Department of Homeland Security is operating at full capacity but requires more resources. “We’re hitting on all cylinders but we need more money to do more,” he said. Homan announced the opening of a 1,000

Phil Murphy Wants to Help You, By Forcing You to Buy an Electric Car

TRENTON, NJ—New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy is only looking out for your interests and those of your children and grandchildren. That’s why he is forcing you to buy an EV by 2035. Governor Murphy is also protecting himself and his staff by purchasing a brand new fleet of supersized, gas-guzzling SUVs. That irony wasn’t lost with the governor’s 2035 gasoline-powered car ban. Eric Degessero of the Fuel Merchants Association of New Jersey challenged the state’s electric vehicle mandate during last year’s ACC II public hearing, questioning the contrast between Governor Phil Murphy’s personal transportation choices and the impending requirements for

New Jersey Forcing Small Towns to Build Massive Low Income Housing Projects, While Giving Cities a Pass

TRENTON, NJ – New Jersey is forcing rural and suburban towns to build high-density development to accommodate a housing crisis, caused in part by the influx of hundreds of thousands of illegal migrants living in New Jersey. There’s just one problem with the state’s mandate. It forces small towns to build massive low-income, affordable housing complexes but does not require new construction where it’s most needed, in the state’s urban centers. Senator Joe Pennacchio (R-26) expressed strong opposition to a recent court decision allowing the continued implementation of New Jersey’s state-mandated housing law. This decision comes as a case challenging

Halloween Candy 20% Cost Increase Forcing Many in New Jersey to Scale Back Treats

TRENTON, NJ – There’s no treat in the ongoing federal inflation trick. New Jersey families cut back their Halloween candy spending significantly this year. This Halloween, many Americans are facing a frightening reality—candy prices are soaring to heights scarier than the costumed ghouls at your door. With inflation creeping into the candy aisle, people are starting to re-evaluate their trick-or-treat budgets. Instead of stacking up on full-sized candy bars, they’re reaching for miniatures (or maybe hoping the kids don’t notice an increase in granola bars and apples). According to the National Confectioners Association, the cost of chocolate has jumped nearly

Biden Says That Americans Can Buy Any Car They Want. His Admin Is Forcing EVs To Be Huge Share Of Sales By 2032

President Joe Biden suggested Tuesday it is false that his administration is restricting consumer choice in the automobile market, but his administration recently finalized a rule that will force electric vehicles (EVs) to make up a much larger share of overall auto sales over the next decade. Biden made the remark during a Tuesday speech about his administration’s decision to significantly bolster tariffs against Chinese products including steel, semiconductor chips and EV batteries. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) finalized a rule in March that requires manufacturers to make EVs constitute between 35% and 56% of new cars sold in 2032,
