BILLINGS —A Lodge Grass man today admitted to assaulting and injuring his girlfriend on the Crow Indian Reservation, U.S. Attorney Jesse Laslovich said. Brian Allen Kruger, 61, pleaded guilty to assault of a dating or intimate partner resulting in substantial injury. Kruger faces a maximum of five years in prison, a $250,000 fine and three years of supervised release. U.S. District Judge Susan P. Watters presided. The court will determine any sentence after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors. The court set sentencing for March 20, 2024. Philadelphia Officer Wounded in Accidental Gun Discharge at FOP Lodge

PHILADELPHIA, PA — A mishap within the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #5, led to a Philadelphia Police officer being injured on Friday evening. The incident occurred around 6:54 p.m. at the lodge’s headquarters located at 11630 Caroline Road in Northeast Philadelphia. A female officer experienced an accidental discharge of her firearm in the restroom, resulting in a gunshot wound to her right forearm. She received prompt medical attention and was taken to a nearby hospital, where she is currently in stable condition. The Philadelphia Police Department has retrieved the firearm involved and is reviewing the incident.

Aggressive, Intoxicated Woman Arrested at Camelback Lodge

TANNERSVILLE, PA – Officers from the Pocono Township Police Department were called to Camelback Lodge on Saturday, August 13, at 9:56 PM. The emergency response was initiated after an inebriated woman, later identified as Joanne Reily, 49, of Bath, became unconscious in the water park and subsequently turned aggressive towards resort staff. Upon their arrival, officers discovered that Reily was both belligerent and incoherent. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) were summoned due to a suspected injury that Reily might have sustained during a fall.
