LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA – A Virginia man has admitted to fatally beating his estranged wife with a hammer while on a GPS monitor awaiting charges for a previous domestic violence incident involving her. Peter J. Lollobrigido, 52, pleaded guilty to first-degree murder, aggravated malicious wounding, violation of a protective order, abduction by force, and assault and battery of a family member.
