Turtle Creek Man Captured for Probation Violation
**Pittsburgh, PA** – A Turtle Creek man, Ramon Whitley, has been apprehended on a bench warrant for probation violation, according to an announcement by Sheriff Kevin M. Kraus.
Whitley, 28, had been a fugitive since May following the issuance of a warrant related to a 2021 guilty plea. The charges stemmed from a minor traffic accident in Penn Hills, witnessed by two Allegheny County Police detectives. During the subsequent pursuit, Whitley allegedly pointed a gun at the detectives before his initial arrest.
