Chicago Man Sentenced to More Than Four Years in Prison for Cyberstalking Federal Probation Officer

CHICAGO — A Chicago man has been sentenced to more than four years in prison for cyberstalking his federal probation officer. ISAAC MYLES partially exposed his genitals to an officer from the U.S. Probation Office during an official visit to Myles’s home in September 2018.  Myles at the time was on court-supervised release after recently completing a federal prison sentence.  After the incident in his home, Myles repeatedly called the officer, leaving sexually explicit voicemails on her phone and referring to the officer in obscene and degrading terms. Myles, 52, pleaded guilty last year to a federal charge of cyberstalking.

Signal Peak Energy fined $1 million, sentenced to three years of probation for violating environmental, worker safety regulations at Roundup coal mine

BILLINGS — Signal Peak Energy LLC, which admitted to willful violation of health and safety standards at its underground coal mine near Roundup by failing to report injuries to workers and improperly disposing mine waste, was sentenced today to pay a $1 million criminal fine and to three years of probation, U.S. Attorney Leif M. Maryland Man Sentenced To Two Years Of Probation For Lying About His Residence When Purchasing Firearms

HARRISBURG—The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced that Donte Christian, age 46, of Catonsville, Maryland, was sentenced today by U.S. District Court Judge Jennifer P. BUFFALO, NY – Erie County District Attorney John J. Flynn announces that 43-year-old Brian N. Cline of Grand Island was sentenced this morning before Erie County Court Judge Susan Eagan to 5 years of probation.   The defendant intentionally hit and kicked a toy poodle on March 12, 2020 at a home on Baseline Road in the Town of Grand Island. The owner found the dog deceased in a crate the following morning. A necropsy determined that the dog died from blunt force trauma. A woman who falsified an ATF form to purchase two guns for a felon was sentenced today to five years of federal probation. Jamie Marie Graham, age 23, from Waterloo, Iowa, received the prison term after a June 25, 2021 guilty plea to one count of making a false statement during the purchase of a firearm.
