**UTICA, NY** – The Utica Police Department has requested the public’s help in finding Raymond C. Warmuth.
Warmuth is a 70-year-old white male, measuring 6 feet tall and weighing 160 pounds. Authorities have stated he is a level 3 sex offender.
Warmuth is wanted by the Utica Police Department for failing to register his current address. Efforts to locate him have been ongoing.

Baltimore Police Seek Public Help in Solving Shooting Case
**Baltimore, MD** – Homicide detectives are requesting assistance to find suspects involved in the shooting of 22-year-old Isaiah Shackleford.
On Thursday, at approximately 8:37 a.m., Shackleford was discovered in his vehicle on I-295 South, near Annapolis Road, with a serious gunshot wound. Investigators have established that Shackleford was driving a gray 2017 Mazda 3 with Maryland tag 2GH6700. He was traveling southbound on South Monroe Street, entering the ramp for I-295 South, and continuing onto I-295 South to Annapolis Road when he was found with the gunshot wound.
Detectives are appealing to anyone who was traveling in the area and may have witnessed the incident to contact Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7Lockup or the Homicide Detectives at 410-396-2100.
Due to the severity of the victim’s condition, the Homicide Detectives have taken over the investigation.
