JERSEY CITY, N.J. — Authorities are investigating after a man was found dead in the Hackensack River beneath the Pulaski Skyway on Tuesday, January 28. The Jersey City Police Department was notified of a body floating in the river shortly before 4:30 p.m. Responding officers located the man, later identified as Bryan Linington, 49, of Cliffwood, and the Jersey City Fire Department recovered his body from the water. Pulaski Highway road rage escalates to shooting

Shooting Incident Investigated in Newark by Delaware Police

**Newark, DE** – Delaware State Police Detectives are investigating a shooting incident that occurred in the Newark area on Sunday afternoon.

On Sunday, at approximately 1:21 p.m., troopers responded to a late report of a shooting on Pulaski Highway between LaGrange Parkway and Pleasant Valley Road. Investigations revealed a 37-year-old man was traveling westbound on Pulaski Highway between 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. when he engaged in a confrontation with an unknown black male in a separate vehicle. During the encounter, the suspect in a dark blue four-door sedan lowered the front passenger window and shot at the victim’s vehicle before escaping on Pleasant Valley Road. The victim’s vehicle was struck by gunfire, but no injuries were reported.

As of now, suspect details are not available, and no surveillance videos or images have been released. Troop 2 Criminal Investigations detectives are continuing the investigation into this incident. LONDON, Ky. – A Somerset, Ky., man, Jesse Kipf, 38, has been indicted by a federal grand jury sitting in London, on five counts of computer fraud, three counts of aggravated identity theft, and two counts of making false statements on applications in connection with federally insured financial institutions. NEW CASTLE, DE – A 56-year-old man from Wilmington, Delaware, was fatally struck by a 2018 BMW M760 on Pulaski Highway near the intersection with Wilton Boulevard last Friday at approximately 9:02 p.m. The man was riding his bicycle southbound from Wilton Boulevard when he entered the intersection against the red traffic signal and was hit by the BMW.
