Newark Police Request Help in Locating Woman for Shooting Investigation

**Newark, NJ** – Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr. is appealing to the public for assistance in finding Shanah Reddick, 35, who is wanted for questioning in an aggravated assault shooting that occurred on Thursday, February 13, 2025.

At approximately 2:35 a.m. on that day, the police were dispatched to the 100 block of West End Avenue following a gunfire alert from the shot spotter detection system. Residents reported hearing a loud bang, but officers did not find a crime scene upon arrival.

The situation took a turn at 6:10 a.m. when a resident identified a bullet hole in a window and ceiling of a home on the same block. Reddick is suspected to be a witness to this event, now under the investigation of the Major Crimes Division Shooting Response Team.

Police Request Assistance in Locating Two Women for Investigation

**Newark, NJ** – Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr. is asking for the public’s assistance in finding two women wanted for questioning in connection with an aggravated assault that occurred on Monday.

Tina Riggsbee, 36, and Christina Lalin, 35, are sought for questioning relating to the incident. Police responded to reported gunfire at Clinton Avenue and South 16th Street at approximately 12:36 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered a .45 caliber shell casing at the scene.

Surveillance footage captured an unidentified suspect discharging a firearm toward the 900 block of South 16th Street before fleeing in a red sedan. Director Miranda is urging anyone with information about Riggsbee or Lalin to contact the Police Division’s Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477), which remains confidential and may lead to a reward.

**Newark, NJ** – The Newark Department of Public Safety is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying three suspects connected to a robbery that took place on October 27.

The incident occurred at approximately 1:55 a.m. on the 200 block of Park Avenue near 6th Street. A man waiting for a taxi was accosted by three individuals who stole his necklace, took $400 cash, and physically assaulted him before absconding northbound on North 6th Street.

Detectives have described the suspects as three Black males. Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda has called for anyone with relevant information to reach out.
