**HUNSTVILLE, Ala.** — U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) conducted a targeted enforcement operation focusing on criminal illegal aliens in collaboration with the FBI, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and the Drug Enforcement Administration. On Monday, the joint operation led to the arrest of 13 illegal aliens within the Huntsville area.

Eight of the individuals had previously been deported from the United States and have federal convictions for illegal reentry. The United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Alabama prosecuted these cases.

Charges against those apprehended included domestic violence, narcotics trafficking, property crime, and driving while intoxicated.

The motorcycle driver, Justin Thacker, a 44-year-old resident of Virginia Beach, was immediately transported to a local hospital in critical condition. Thacker sadly passed away due to his injuries on March 19, 2025.

Hyde Park Shooting Incident Results in Arrest

**Boston, MA** – Officers responded to a report of shots fired on Garfield Avenue in Hyde Park at 1:14 PM on Friday. Upon arrival, they found Jose Alberto Feliz, 28, of Hyde Park, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Feliz was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police arrested Isaiah Trevon Smith, 28, also of Hyde Park, on the scene. Smith faces charges of murder and various firearms offenses. He is scheduled to be arraigned in West Roxbury District Court on Tuesday morning.
