Shots Fired at Welsh Park, Police Investigating

**Rockville, MD** – On Tuesday afternoon, Rockville City Police Department responded to a report of gunfire at Welsh Park, located at 101 Welsh Park Drive, shortly after 12:30 p.m.

Upon arrival, officers found that multiple gunshots had been fired in the parking lot. According to reports, no injuries were reported following the incident.

A black Honda Civic was observed fleeing the scene after the shots were discharged. As the investigation continues, detectives and crime scene technicians are actively examining the details of the event.

Suspect Identified in Rockville Stabbings

**Rockville, MD** – The Rockville City Police Department announced progress in a case involving two stabbings on October 13.

Initial efforts sought public assistance to identify a person of interest, who has since been ruled out as a suspect. Continued investigations, in collaboration with Metro Transit Police, led to identifying 28-year-old Rockville resident Muhammad Ibrahim Adam as the suspect.

Adam has been taken into custody and is charged with attempted second-degree murder, first-degree assault, and reckless endangerment.
