France’s Safran raises 2022 revenue and cashflow targets
PARIS (Reuters) – French jet engine maker and aerospace supplier Safran on Friday raised its full-year revenue and free cashflow forecasts after posting a 29.9% rise in third-quarter revenues buoyed by a strong dollar. Chief Executive Olivier Andries said the improved outlook reflected currencies and “confidence in our ability to deliver,” striking a contrasting note to Boeing which on Wednesday had said engines were its main output constraint.
