According to court documents, Cedric Jarrell Pierce, 28, was arrested on November 24, 2020 after he refused to stop for a speeding violation and led sheriff’s deputies on a 13-mile high-speed chase that began in Robertsdale, Alabama. Levi Goodell, age 26, from Humboldt, Iowa, received the prison term after a July 28, 2021, guilty plea to possession of a firearm by a felon.
