BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – On October 2, 2021, at approximately 1:43 a.m., Eastern District patrol officers were called to the 1200 block of North Caroline Street for a Shot Spotter alert. JUNEAU, Alaska – The Coast Guard suspended the search for a missing person near Whittier, Alaska, Saturday. Still missing is Victor Moreno, who was last seen wearing a green jacket, green pants, and brown boots. The Coast Guard suspended the search at 8:30 p.m. Coast Guard boat and aircrews dedicated over 13 hours of search time and covered approximately 325 square nautical miles.
