Teaneck police search for owners of small dog found on Chestnut Avenue

TEANECK, N.J. – Police are asking for the public’s help in locating the owners of a small dog found wandering near Chestnut Avenue and Terhune Street.

The dog was safely recovered by officers earlier today and is currently being cared for while efforts continue to identify its owners.

Authorities shared a photo of the dog on social media, urging anyone with information to contact the Teaneck Police Department.
