Teen Arrested in Daring Armed Carjackings Across Northwest D.C.

Washington, DC – A suspect has been arrested following two armed carjackings that occurred in Northwest, Washington, DC.

On August 16, officers responded to the 1700 block of 10th Street, Northwest, around 11:00 p.m. A victim reported being ordered out of their car at gunpoint. Two suspects entered the victim’s vehicle and drove away.

The following day, on August 17, officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of 6th Street, Northwest, at approximately 1:00 a.m. The victims reported that firearms were pointed at them before two suspects entered their car and fled.

On October 10, with assistance from the U.S. Marshals Service, 17-year-old Jordan Grice of Northwest was arrested at around 7:00 p.m. He has been charged as an adult under Title 16, pursuant to a DC Superior Court custody, with two counts of Armed Carjacking.
