STAFFORD CO, VA – At approximately 3:30 a.m. on May 31, Deputy B.M. Stanfill observed a juvenile stumbling across the road near Lowe’s, located at 1330 Stafford Market Place. The 16-year-old was found to be intoxicated and in possession of Buzz Balls, an alcoholic beverage. Deputy Stanfill contacted the juvenile’s parents, who were called to pick him up.
A criminal complaint for underage possession of alcohol has been submitted against the juvenile.
