PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Juvenile Lelani Tutt. Her mother last saw Lelani on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at their residence 19XX Ashley Street.
Lelani, who is 16-years old, 4’11”, weighing approximately 100 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair, was last seen wearing black leggings, multi-colored Jordan sneakers, a metallic puffer coat, and a black shirt. Lelani is known to frequent the area of 59th and Chestnut Streets.
