Teen girl among suspects arrested in DC stolen car investigations

WASHINGTON, DC — Four individuals, including a juvenile, have been arrested in connection with unauthorized vehicle use and auto theft incidents across Washington, DC, police said.

The arrests occurred between February 10 and February 13 in various parts of the city.

  • On February 10, Isaiah Allen, 31, who has no fixed address, was arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle in the 400 block of Mellon Street, SE.
  • On February 11, James Manago, 41, of Northwest DC, was charged with theft one (stolen auto) and unauthorized use of a vehicle in the unit block of Massachusetts Avenue, NE.
  • On February 12, Linette Anderson, 49, of Southeast DC, was arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle in the 3200 block of Georgia Avenue, NW.
  • On February 13, a 15-year-old female from Northeast DC was taken into custody for unauthorized use of a vehicle in the 2800 block of Channing Street, NE.

The Metropolitan Police Department continues to investigate auto theft-related offenses throughout the city.
