Teen girl missing in Dutchess County; authorities launch extensive search

BEEKMAN, N.Y. — The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing 16-year-old girl last seen on Sunday at 5:45 p.m. near Roosevelt Drive in the Town of Beekman. She left the area on foot in an unknown direction.

Authorities have deployed multiple resources, including the Sheriff’s Office Unmanned Aircraft Unit, patrol members, detectives, and a K9 Unit. The Westchester County Department of Public Safety is also assisting with a helicopter search.
