The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 16-year-old Missing Juvenile Taylor Alvin. She was last seen at 1:16 P.M., on Friday, April 15, 2022, on the 4xx block of Locust Ave.
She is 5’4”, 100 lbs., thin build, brown complexion, straight strawberry blonde & brown hair and was last seen wearing blue jeans (remainder of attire is unknown).
