Philadelphia, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Amber Russell. Amber was last seen on the 15xx block of Fairmount Ave on Tuesday evening at 5:30 p.m. She is described as 14 years old, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 121 pounds, and was wearing a black school uniform shirt and pants at the time she was last seen.
