The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 16-year-old Missing Juvenile Samiya Dobson. She was last seen at 10:45 P.M., on Friday, December 31st, 2021, on the 4XX block of Locust Avenue.
She is 5’1″, 178 lbs., medium build, medium complexion, birthmark on right wrist, blue eyes and short brown hair.
