BALTIMORE, MD — Officers responded to a reported shooting on the 1500 block of Penrose Avenue today at approximately 1:26 p.m. A 17-year-old female was found at the scene with a gunshot wound to her left arm. She was taken to an area hospital with injuries categorized as non-life-threatening.
