Teen Injured in Early Saturday Morning Shooting

BALTIMORE, MD – Northern District patrol officers responded to a Shot Spotter alert on the 2800 block of Liberty Height Avenue on Saturday at approximately 1:57 a.m.

Upon arrival, they found a 19-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds.

The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment. The extent of his injuries is not disclosed at this time.

Northern District detectives are leading the investigation into the incident. They are currently gathering evidence and conducting interviews to establish the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
