Teen Killed Another Injured at Philadelphia Party Shooting

PHILADELPHIA, PA – A shooting at a party venue in Philadelphia’s N. 5th Street resulted in the death of a 17-year-old boy and left another teen injured.

The incident occurred around 7:38 p.m. on Saturday, with Philadelphia police responding to reports of gunfire.

Upon arrival, officers found the 17-year-old victim with a gunshot wound to the chest.

He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead at about 7:40 p.m.

Another 17-year-old boy sustained a gunshot wound to his face, breaking his jaw and shattering his teeth. He was taken to the hospital in a private vehicle and is currently in stable condition.
