BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD – The Baltimore County Police Department has issued an alert for 14-year-old Amerika S. Loewe, who was last seen on April 14th at 5 PM in the Dundalk area. Loewe is described as 5’2” tall, weighing 120 lbs.
