MIDDLE RIVER, MD – The Baltimore County Police Department seeks public assistance locating a 13-year-old boy.
Last seen in the Middle River area, William Kern has been reported missing. Kern is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds. His clothing at the time of disappearance is unknown.
