PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 19-year-old missing person Joseph Grant. He was last seen on Sunday, June 19th, 2022, on the 600 block of Jackson St.
He is 5′ 5″, 120lbs, thin/small build, brown eyes, medium complexion, with a tattoo on the left arm. No clothing description given.
