Teen shot in head by three juveniles, police investigating

Glen Burnie, MD – Police are investigating a shooting incident involving three juvenile suspects using a bb gun.

According to police, on Tuesday, at approximately 5:00 p.m., officers were flagged down by a citizen in the 100 block of South Meadow Drive. The 13-year-old victim said he was riding his bike in a parking lot within the 7400 block of Furnace Branch Road when three others approached him and shot him in the head with a bb gun.

The teen had minor injuries that did not require medical assistance.

Investigating officers located the weapon a short distance away. Anyone with any information is asked to call 410-222-6135.
