Baltimore County, MD – The Baltimore County Police Department is seeking help in locating 15-year-old Isaac Thomas.
Thomas was last seen in the White Marsh area on Saturday at 11 a.m. He was wearing a black hoodie, black jeans, black Jordan sneakers, and carrying a black Nike backpack.
