NEW YORK, NY—A 17-year-old male was hospitalized after being shot multiple times on Sunday near the intersection of West 185 Street and Wadsworth Avenue.
The incident occurred around 8:30 PM when an unidentified gunman opened fire and subsequently fled eastbound on West 185 Street.
The victim was transported to New York Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital and is reported to be in stable condition.
The suspect, described as a male with light complexion and black braids, was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, gray pants, and black sneakers. No arrests have been made as the investigation continues.
