Teenager Reported Missing in Brooklyn

BROOKLYN, N.Y. — The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 15-year-old girl who was reported missing in Brooklyn.

Brenda Olivres, who resides on 24th Street in the confines of the 60th Precinct, was last seen on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at approximately 4:30 p.m. leaving her residence. Olivres is described as Hispanic, standing about 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing approximately 130 pounds. She has a light complexion.

At the time of her disappearance, Olivres was wearing a tan tank top, purple sweatpants, and black Crocs.

Anyone with information regarding Brenda Olivres’s whereabouts is urged to contact the NYPD.
