ESSEX, MD – The Baltimore County Police Department has issued an alert for a missing teenager. The 16-year-old, Victoria Carrion, was last seen on April 29, 2023, in the Essex area, wearing a white shirt with black stripes. She is described as 5’2 and approximately 170 lbs.
In a statement on their official Facebook page, the Baltimore County Police Department declared Carrion as a critical missing person and urged anyone with information to call 911 or 410-307-2020.
