Teenager Robbed at Gunpoint on Sherman Avenue

New York, NY – A 15-year-old boy was robbed under threat in broad daylight while walking on Sherman Avenue on Thursday afternoon.

At around 1:15 PM, the young victim was approached from behind by an assailant who pressed an unidentified object against his back, simulating a weapon. The perpetrator then coerced the teenager into a nearby alley, where he forcibly took the victim’s headphones and $175 in cash before fleeing the scene southbound on Sherman Avenue.

The suspect, described as a male with a medium complexion, was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, black sneakers, and a black hoodie. The victim did not sustain any injuries during the incident.
