Texas Man Arrested in Annapolis on Weapons Charges

ANNAPOLIS, MD – On Wednesday, at 8:40 p.m., officers observed an occupied suspicious vehicle in a parking lot in the 100 block of Admiral Cochrane Drive in Annapolis. After conducting a search of the vehicle based on probable cause, officers discovered and seized a loaded .40 caliber Smith & Wesson handgun and a loaded 9mm Taurus handgun.

The occupant, identified as Patrick Dwayne Bynum, a 34-year-old resident of Corrigan, Texas, was arrested and charged accordingly. The case is under investigation, and further details will be provided as they become available.
