Thanksgiving Day School Bus Crash Injures One in Lakewood

LAKEWOOD, NJ — A school bus veered off course Thursday morning, impacting eight vehicles. The incident occurred at around 8:35 AM. The driver, experiencing a medical episode, lost control of the bus.

Authorities report one individual hospitalized. The identity of the patient, whether the driver or another individual, remains unconfirmed.

The bus carried no students at the time of the accident. Officials noted the absence of pedestrian injuries during the busy morning period. Further investigations are underway.
