Three injured in bar shooting under investigation in Vandergrift

VANDERGRIFT, Pa. – Detectives and police are investigating a shooting at a Vandergrift bar that left three men injured early Sunday morning, authorities said.

The incident occurred just after midnight at Anthony’s Bar on Longfellow Road, where shots were fired following an altercation between two men, according to Westmoreland County detectives.

Investigators said the two men, identified as the alleged shooters, were involved in a dispute that escalated to gunfire. A third man, described as a bystander, was also injured.

All three men sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries, officials reported.

Criminal charges are pending as police and detectives continue their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
