BALTIMORE, MD — Three juveniles were arrested after a carjacking led to a high-speed chase and crash on Tuesday, Oct. 22, in Southeast Baltimore.

Around 5:07 p.m., police responded to the 5900 block of Holabird Avenue after a 39-year-old woman reported that she was carjacked at gunpoint by a masked suspect while loading her vehicle. The suspect fled in her car.

The suspects ultimately crashed the vehicle and attempted to flee on foot but were apprehended by officers on the ground.

The suspects, identified as a 15-year-old male, a 13-year-old male, and a 14-year-old male, were arrested and taken to a local hospital for treatment before being transported to the Juvenile Justice Center. All three juveniles have prior arrests, including charges related to stolen vehicles.
