On Tuesday, Brick Township Police Chief James Riccio swore in three new probationary police officers, Andriy Shevchuk, Matthew Knehr and Kyle Patrick. Riccio also promoted Officer Jason Shepherd to the rank of Sergeant. Mayor John Ducey attended the ceremony.
