Three Teens Charged for Multiple Attacks on Jewish People in Brooklyn

BROOKLYN, NY – Three teenagers were arrested on Friday at around 10:30 AM by the New York City Police Department, in connection with a series of assaults deemed as hate crimes.

The suspects, two 14-year-old males, and one 13-year-old male, are facing multiple charges. Each 14-year-old is charged with three counts of hate crime assault, while the 13-year-old is charged with two counts of assault.

These arrests are related to three incidents on November 25, The first incident took place at about 3:25 PM near East 15 Street and Avenue L, where a 40-year-old male, returning from the Synagogue, was attacked by the suspects, leading to minor injuries.

The second incident occurred around 3:59 PM, involving a 15-year-old male victim near Avenue J and East 17 Street, who also sustained minor injuries from the assault.

In the third assault, which happened around 4:04 PM near East 18 Street and Avenue L, a 27-year-old male was targeted, resulting in minor injuries.

All the victims refused medical attention. The NYPD continues its investigation and seeks assistance from the public to identify more individuals involved.
