This follows an investigation that began on July 13 after the Bureau received a tip about a witness observing Goldberg inappropriately touching a young child.

The investigation revealed that Goldberg had allegedly abused the child victim more than once between August 12, 2021, and July 11.

Goldberg, a resident of the 6100 block of Spring Knoll Drive, now faces charges of Attempted Indecent Assault of a Child, Unlawful Contact with a Minor, Corruption of Minors, Indecent Exposure, and Open Lewdness.

Following his arrest, Goldberg was transported to the Dauphin County Judicial Center for processing and was arraigned by Judge Zozos, who set his bail at $50,000 unsecured.
