The winner will take home approximately $7,200 after mandatory federal and state tax withholdings totaling 28%.
Holiday Lucky Times 10 is a $5 scratch-off game featuring a top prize of $100,000. As of Nov. 15, 2024, four top prizes remain unclaimed.
