Toms River Cop Assists in Home Delivery of Baby Girl

TOMS RIVER, NJ – In the early hours of September 27, Toms River Police Officer Pete Saker responded to a call from a residence where a young woman was in labor.

Shortly after his arrival, Officer Saker assisted in the successful delivery of baby Mia. The family, D’Kota, Nick, and big sister Lilly, expressed their joy and gratitude for the timely assistance.

The Toms River Police Department extends its warmest congratulations to the family on the safe arrival of their newest member.
