TOMS RIVER-Initially reported in the Lakewood Scoop, the Toms River Jewish Community Council today published a letter endorsing the Toms River GOP candidate Louis Gallipoli as their choice for the ward 3 council seat on Election Day.
The letter, endorsed by residents of Tallymawr Estates, Walden Woods and other sections of Toms River sought to garner support for the councilman’s bid for election.
