Toms River Condemned Property Incident: Trespassing Warning Issued

TOMS RIVER, NJ — Multiple individuals were discovered at a condemned residence in Toms River. They claimed to be friends with someone who informed them the property was vacant.

The police notified the homeowner and advised the individuals that any return to the property would be considered trespassing due to its condemned status.

Officials did not release the address of the home due to privacy and safety concerns.
