TOMS RIVER, N.J. — Toms River Recreation is excited to present “Paint the Town Party,” an acrylic painting class led by Terry Konn and the Ocean County Artists Guild. This event will take place on August 16 at the Youth Services building.
The class is open to everyone aged 15 and older, including individuals with special needs and those with beginner to intermediate experience in painting.
