Toms River Summer Concert Series Continues Wednesday With Tupelo Honey, Fireworks at Shelter Cove

The free concert begins at 7 p.m. at Shelter Cove Beach, followed by a fireworks display over the Toms River.

Toms River, NJ – The Toms River Recreation Department and Mayor Daniel T. Rodrick will continue the township’s popular summer concert series Wednesday evening with a free performance by Tupelo Honey at Shelter Cove Beach.

The concert is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m., with a fireworks display planned for approximately 9 p.m. following the performance.

Tupelo Honey is a Van Morrison tribute band known for performing many of the legendary singer-songwriter’s best-known hits.

Free shuttles available

Township officials are encouraging residents to take advantage of free shuttle service from Toms River High School East to help ease parking around Shelter Cove Beach.

Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets along with snacks for the family-friendly event.

The concert and fireworks are free and open to the public.
