TOMS RIVER – Toms River Township officials are mailing out revised tax assessment postcards to property owners because of an error on the back of the postcard related to the appeals instructions.
The revised postcard will be sent to property owners with a 2016 assessment of $750,000 or more. It will say “Revised Version” on the front. Property owners with questions about the postcard or their tax assessment should call the Tax Assessor’s Office at (732) 341-1000, ext. 8300.
