Toms River to host bonfire and movie night at Shelter Cove Beach

TOMS RIVER, N.J. — The township of Toms River is set to host a family-friendly bonfire event at Shelter Cove Beach on October 19, according to an announcement from the Toms River Township Government. The event, organized by Mayor Dan Rodrick and the Toms River Recreation Department, will take place from 6 to 8 p.m.

Residents and visitors are invited to enjoy snacks and a movie under the stars, with the bonfire as the evening’s centerpiece.

The event is open to the public and intended to offer a relaxed atmosphere for families to gather at the beach as autumn sets in.
